The Bosch Aqua 8000i S series focuses on easy handling, which is conveyed by the use of soft shapes. Refilling salt is very easy, as only a salt bag needs to be inserted into the salt grid. The user is visually informed of the fill level via lighting so that they can refill in good time, if necessary. The water softeners also require only a small footprint and are operated via the touch interface or an app. “The devices convince with their attractive design, offer high utility value and are consistently designed for uncomplicated operation,” the jury summarised.
