The cocoda chair is characterised by its organic looking shape that appeals to the senses and also offers a high degree of comfort. A particularly noticeable feature are the curved armrests. These are hand-carved out of solid wood using special Japanese tools as this type of complex form is not achievable through machine bending. This gives each chair a unique character but still allows for mass production.
