The Delta Bionic Metamorphic Robot is an assembly line robot that is capable of 3 degrees of freedom, as well as rotation around the z-axis. The mobility of its moving parts allow the robot to adapt to a wide range of tasks like rapid sorting, packing, and casting. Inspired by a spider’s form, the robot’s legs mimic the joints of its arachnid muse.
