Huawei Global Conference Service Design

As part of the Global Conference Service Design project, 7,300 meeting rooms in 173 countries were refurbished to help employees plan, collaborate and conduct remote HD video conferencing, regardless of local circumstances. Conference rooms were classified, hardware standards defined and software solutions developed for different scenarios, customer requirements and hardware equipment for this purpose. For example, rooms could be easily booked via smartphone and notes on the whiteboard be saved directly by scanning a QR code.
