Inspired by waves, the chef’s knife features a curved contour that is gently continued from the tip of the blade to the end of the handle. The hand-crafted blade is forged in five layers of Japanese VG10 steel and is characterised through the rough stroke pattern as the result of intensive processing with a fine hammer. Each handle made of root wood is unique in terms of its surface, size, colour and wood structure resulting from the wood first being filled with resin and then pressed and modelled.

Thanks to the harmonious lines and extremely precisely processed materials, this chef’s knife has adopted a unique product character.
