The alluring design of this estate agency retail space takes water as its theme and showcases it – just like an art exhibition would. The design brings interior, architecture and landscape together to create a whole. Water is always centre stage, albeit in different forms. Right next to the meeting space in the sales centre, there is, for instance, a pond enclosed by a glass wall. A lake has been created just outside the building which reflects a light installation on the facade that creates the impression of flowing water.

The design concept skilfully integrates this real estate sales centre into its surroundings and, in doing so, takes a highly sophisticated artistic approach.
