ManuArt Screen is a dynamic wall installation consisting of small metal discs that can be individually controlled via micro-servomotors. The RGB-lit discs act as mechanical pixels and form a programmable matrix that receives video signals and can display moving images. Precise angle settings create an interplay of light and shadow, a kind of “mechanical impressionism”. The system is suitable for both kinetic art projects and advertising displays.
