Misfit Bolt is a wireless light bulb that allows users to personalise their home lighting with numerous light effects, such as a sunrise simulation, and can be controlled via mobile devices. At over 800 lumens, Bolt replaces a standard incandescent bulb while using less than a quarter of the energy. The aesthetic overall appearance is dominated by an anodised aluminium body which encases the heat sink. The twisting fins direct heat away from the electronic components and cradle a glass diffusor that achieves a homogenous LED light with no hot-spots.
