The app of the Motel One hotel chain has been redesigned as a personal travel companion. It was developed as a user-centric service that provides a personalised user experience. Hotels can be explored through full-frame images and rooms can be booked with just one click. Users always have all current bookings in view and can easily and conveniently cancel them as well. In addition, the app addresses the benefits of the beOne loyalty programme, with the goal to convert existing customers and become the go-to touchpoint for the members. The newly created design language reflects current trends as well as CI elements of the brand.
