This stainless steel processing bowl is designed with double walls and thus keeps hot food longer hot and cold food longer cool. The bowl has a wide base with non-slip silicone coating which provides stability. A lightly declining, angular edge makes it easy, for instance, to beat eggs. The interior of the bowl, on the other hand, is completely round – and thus the optimal basis for mixing, kneading etc.
