The Re-generation Berndes Silver Cookware series is made from 100 per cent recycled aluminium. “During its production, recycled aluminium requires up to 95 per cent less energy and emits 92 per cent less greenhouse gases than new material – while maintaining the same level of quality,” said the jury, highlighting the sustainability aspect of the range. The handles are made of an innovative combination of recycled Bakelite and wood material from sustainable forestry with a PEFC seal. The high-quality appearance with a moulded-in Berndes logo made of stainless steel ensures an exclusive look and feel.
