SCHOTT ROBAX® NightFlame is a semi-transparent black glass-ceramic fire-viewing window for wood-burning fireplaces with a dead-front effect. When on, this ensures an authentic view of the burning wood logs, while the combustion chamber is almost invisible when not in use. The fire-viewing panel can easily be installed in existing fireplaces using plug-and-play. In addition, individual finishing is possible by edge processing or with frame decoration. “The innovative material frames the fire impressively and at the same time ensures comfortable use of the fireplace, as frequent cleaning becomes almost obsolete,” said the jurors.
