Just like the traditional Japanese short swords, the Tanto Anniversary knives from the Shun Premier Tim Mälzer range have a blade with a straight back. The knives were tailored to the needs of professional chefs and the blades intricately worked. A hand-hammered finish stretches from the back to the centre of the blade, then transitions into matt Damascus grain and is finished with a polished precision cutting edge. Each knife also features its own engraved serial number on the pakkawood handle, making it unique.
