On their first day of work, new employees receive an on-boarding kit containing relevant information and heartfelt welcome messages from the company. Resembling a parcel branded with the corporate design, the kit includes a handbook plus six must-haves in the office. Its design features colours, shapes and lines that signify the company’s core industries. The main messages are teamwork and growth. Thus, the on-boarding kit helps motivate and ease new employees into their work environment.
