Fresenius Medical Care is a manufacturer of medical devices and supplies which sees itself as a provider of integrated solutions. Its initiative regarding internal communication with the motto “Become a Solution Thinker” is aimed at all new and existing employees. Not only does the special publication explain the meaning of solution thinking, it also gives it a tangible form by integrating a tangram game as an important component of the welcome set. The colours of the game serve as a basis for the entire visual design and a system of shapes are intended to symbolise solution thinking.
