Spice Grinder
The whole process of grinding spices is integrated with the all-too-familiar act of the Chinese tea tasting ceremony, turning it into a ritualised experience rather than just labour. This spice grinder uses a mechanism inspired by a sequence of steps in tea tasting to unleash aroma and flavour. When not in use, it creates an atmospheric setting on the table.
