Brand Design Relaunch
STIHL
The new STIHL brand design aims to convey an emotionally appealing brand image that now emphasises working in natural surroundings rather than the engine power of the products. The previously excessive tilting of the typeface was reduced and the spacing between the letters was aligned and slightly increased to make the typeface clear and easy to read, even in small and digital formats. The geometric typography reflects the company’s self-image, which is characterised by the art of engineering. A strong colour accent is achieved by the use of bright orange as the primary brand colour.
