The SV-500 is a high-performance blender that minimises oxidation of foods by generating a vacuum with a pressure of 250 hPa. Flavour and nutrients are thus better preserved. Equipped with a powerful motor with 32,000 rpm, the blender is capable of pureeing also high-fibre and tough ingredients. A transparent and carefully made soundproof cover minimises noise emissions.
