The objective of the SVA Under­graduate Catalog 2011/12 is to show the high quality of art produced at the School of Visual Arts to prospective students. The large-size publication contains a wide variety of student works as well as comprehensive factual information on New York City and SVA. The expressive individual works are clearly and consistently arranged using a reduced typography and visual paths that guide through the book. Thanks to a heat-responsive coating, the cover reveals a map of the school when in contact with the skin.
