Switch Mobility Seat

The Switch Mobility Seat is designed to adapt seamlessly to diverse mobility needs, offering multiple configurations that enhance accessibility, convenience, and efficiency. Its modular design ensures long-term usability while meeting the requirements of a wide range of passengers. The seat is defined by three key innovations, modular expandability through interchangeable components for various scenarios, slim rotating seats using a two-row wheelhouse, and sustainable materials minimising waste and enabling a closed-loop production process. The modular system allows customisable configurations to accommodate passengers, strollers, wheelchairs, or cargo, while supporting cost-effective operations. Optional add-ons, such as tables and armrests, can also be tailored to specific operational needs. For greater space efficiency, the seats feature a slim backrest and rotational capability, creating more open areas within compact mobility spaces. In addition, the rear section offers easy access for strollers and wheelchairs while providing extra room for cargo loading. Crafted from a single renewable TPU material, the headrests and armrests can be recycled through crushing, melting, and remoulding — achieving both design integrity and environmental responsibility.
