The SX60 hearing aid employs bone conduction technology that transmits sound waves directly through the skull to the inner ear, reducing pressure on the ear canal. Weighing only 42 grams, the open design protects the outer and middle ear, improves comfort during extended wear and allows the user to be aware of their surroundings. Flexible and antibacterial medical-grade silicone ensures durability. The 16 compression channels allow sound to be customised to individual hearing needs, while AI-supported scene recognition automatically filters out background noise.
