Teppan Yaki

Teppan Yaki is a stainless steel plate popular for the preparation of Asian dishes. Thanks to the high-quality multilayer material, this special cookware quickly heats up to an evenly high temperature and allows low-fat preparation of vegetables, meat and fish. The stainless steel plate features a high rim, is scratch-resistant and easy to clean. It was developed for use on induction hobs and is not suitable for gas or electric hobs.

This product development enables new cooking experiences on the induction hob. It is the material properties of the Teppan Yaki in particular that are convincing.
