The Signage System of the Research Building in NKNU

The National Kaohsiung Normal University (NKNU) is a public university in Taiwan. The central elements of its signage system are a dot and a line. Pictograms and numbers are created on reusable, perforated metal signs by threading a waterproof, wax-coated rope through the holes. The signage system thus offers an endless variety of possible uses and reflects the research and development spirit of the institution. Furthermore, the system is easy to maintain.
