What the jury liked most about the TWIST was “its ergonomic features that noticeably simplify the use of the parasol”. All of the control elements involved in the easy opening, closing, tilting and rotating of the parasol are within easy reach at hip height. The canopy is opened and closed using a crank that automatically returns to a vertical position after use. A swivel mechanism makes it possible for the parasol to be smoothly tilted by up to 32 degrees or rotated 360 degrees. The base is equipped with a foot pedal that locks the wheels. The heavy-duty canopy cover offers almost full UV protection and is available in 66 different colours.
