The building's architecture makes a conceptual reference to tunnel construction, using exposed concrete as the structural and aesthetic framework. This 'concrete lining' (450mm thick) extends through the floors, walls, and ceilings, creating a continuous spatial experience that resembles a tunnel's layered depth.
