Yo-Ball
Yo-Ball helps children practise diaphragmatic breathing with a simple cardboard assembly and a metronome for rhythmic exhalation. It offers varying difficulty levels to guide the ball, enhancing lung capacity through deep, prolonged exhalation. The floating meter tracks progress and no electricity is needed, allowing children to practise anytime. Yo-Ball makes breath training enjoyable and effective.
