The compact foldable waiter’s knife is made of stainless steel and combines three functions in one tool: Foil cutter, corkscrew and bottle opener for crown caps. The Micarta coated handle has a slim and ergonomic form. The hardened, forged and ribbed spindle has a non-stick coating. The two-stage lifter has a flexible joint which makes drawing the cork an easy matter.
