This book is the exhibition catalogue for the eighth edition of the 601 Artbook Project in 2010. Its title, “22 points”, represents the different approaches taken by the 22 featured, award-winning artists, who are also represented on the cover by 22 dots of highly detailed and creatively designed patterns. These dots symbolise the uniqueness of the artists and, being stickers, can be attributed to the artists presented in the book. Thus, the book, which visualises the different artistic positions by presenting the works in different landscape and urban space surroundings, gains a further playful character. This active integration allows readers a different approach when perusing the works and the catalogue, featuring all type in a size of 22 points, can thus be received as a highly interesting and thought-provoking art book.
