Entitled “A great place to work”, this book about the catering industry in the Vorarlberg region follows an unusual concept and highlights the personalities behind the scenes. With a major focus on storytelling, chefs, receptionists, sommeliers and service staff members were interviewed. The editorial design reflects a progressive approach. The red typography acts as a navigational aid to guide the reader through the book. The light-blue background of the pages in the interview section contrasts with the information pages, which are rich of text and illustrations. The cover uses a typographical solution which conveys the advantages of the region with sophisticated wordplay.
