This corporate design was created for the Aeschylia Festival in Eleusis – a town in the north of Greece which will be European Capital of Culture in 2021. Its visual identity was supposed to promote the festival as a cultural event and to provide a framework for any form of communication with a local and international audience. The new logo is part of a visual system moving dynamically through various media. By reflecting the uppercase letter A and extending it with the help of vectors, a creative space is offered which can be used in a flexible way. In most applications, the use of the vibrant colour yellow marks the beginning of the cultural construction site which Eleusis proudly claims to be.
