For its 85th anniversary, the Altonaer Kaviar Import Haus (AKI) launched a caviar-packaging range which visually stands out from the typical tin and classic opulence of this industry. The concept is inspired by the term “black pearls”, creating an exclusive packaging made of high-quality cosmetics glass and matte aluminium. The product name on the coloured label discreetly indicates the type of caviar. This design combines puristic elements with the knowledge that fresh caviar is best stored in a glass jar.
