Art of Socks conceived a novel branding idea for their new line of socks with antibacterial silver yarn to prevent foot odour. The packaging concept consciously unites contradictions: the design looks scientific, featuring the chemical name “Ag” for silver in the style of the periodic table. At the same time, it visually communicates in a humorous way how to smell socks that have no smell – via a cut-out nose. The packaging, with its bright colour gradient, sets this line of socks clearly apart from the otherwise monochrome brand presence.
