The Audi Experience Pass turned Audi’s exhibition space at the Paris Auto Show 2016 into a digital brand experience. Thanks to NFC technology, visitors experienced personalised interactions directly on their smartphones. The innovative technology of the pass originates from airline boarding passes and avoids the app store. It is user-friendly even in the registration process: instead of typing data into a form, a microsite offers a short chat demonstrating how the car company is deepening the dialogue with its customers.
