Live broadcasting has seen a great increase in popularity in the past few years and certain recent technological advances have enabled almost anyone to experience and take part in live broadcasts, either through personal computers or mobile devices, even without any special skills, equipment or monetary investment. However, this has not been easily accessible for the visually impaired. Thus, Blintor is created as a touchable monitor, which has tiny particles that create shapes on the monitor surface. This allows users to feel 3D images via their hands while interworking with 3D real-time live scanners.
