A brand relaunch has enabled Hamburg’s largest housing cooperative, Elbe Housing Association (BVE), to transmit the friendly image of a large urban community. In the series of annual reports, a continuation of the overarching brand positioning of “Raum für Leben” (Space for Living) recounts the everyday life of BVE members. The magazine section of the annual report contains interlocking subjects that go into more detail about facets of the cooperative. To date, the following issues have been published: “Raum für Neues” (Space for the New), with an emphasis on the cooperative’s promise to create something new, and “Raum für Vielfalt” (Space for Diversity) on the different ways of life enjoyed by the members.
