Charge the city with the energy of running

In 2013, adidas introduced running shoes with a unique boost technology that provides energy recharge. The goal of this event was to create a unique experience for runners, based on new adidas technology, and to involve runners and opinion leaders in its activity. The campaign “charge the city with the energy of running” has covered four great Moscow running races as well as everyday running sessions at the adidas runbase in the Luzhniki Olympic Centre. At four races and at the runbase, the runners were given mobile generators that transformed kinetic energy into electricity.
