Cheil Industries, one of the founders of Samsung Group, was established in 1954 and has since operated under its own name. For this reason, the company name became an important element of the new corporate identity, reflecting the long heritage. The characters (of the company name) inspired the designers to develop symbols, which embody the five core values of the company – creativity, commitment, openness, respect and collaboration. The monochrome design in bright green lends the identity a fresh and light appeal.
