The Fonts Displayer aims to sensitise students of the Zurich University of the Arts and the School of Design Zurich to the topic “font”. Against this backdrop, a handy compendium of typography was developed that proved to be a helpful medium at both schools. The high-quality Fonts Displayer was designed with great love for detail and comprises a comprehensive repertoire with a new classification of typefaces. A glossary of fonts with almost 400 terms replaces the classic sample texts. Distinctive features and characteristics of the fonts are thoroughly indicated and complemented by information about the type designers, the year of publication and distribution.
