The sound design of this TV commercial supports the intense experience of the main character. With nightmarish images, this film shows how a young woman rips out an old carpet – symbolic of annoying body hair – in her apartment and disposes of it with great effort. However, soon afterwards she realises that all the trouble was for nothing, because the hairy monster has returned to its original place. The intensity of the film is increased through the targeted use of sound effects, such as the sound of breathing coming closer, the carpet being ripped out, and the wind blowing through the open window.
