Since long-distance rides require more from a motorcycle than just fast sprinting capabilities, the choice of a motorcycle is also subject to individual expectations regarding the bike’s comfort and sportiness. With the aim of delivering maximum riding pleasure, the design of the Ducati Diavel 1260 motorcycle combines the performance of a maxi-naked bike with the ergonomics and the comfort of a muscle cruiser. It thus embodies a merger of the dynamic and aggressive riding position on a maxi-naked bike with the relaxed, more stretched posture on a cruiser. The result is a reinterpretation of performance and comfort that delivers riding pleasure for both cornering and travelling comfortably with company. The Diavel 1260 also impresses with its bold design appearance. The huge mass at the front and the extra-large 240-mm rear tyre make it look aggressive and muscular – an impression that is strongly counterbalanced by the bike’s sharp and agile tail. Overall, the bike exudes a sleek and visually dynamic appearance, which is also due to the perfect integration of the Ducati trademark trellis frame, as well as high-quality finishes and other extremely carefully designed details that enhance its elegant appeal. Featuring a 159-hp Testastretta DVT 1262 engine, the motorcycle boasts high power and delivers effective acceleration for sporty rides and cornering.
