The construction of the brand identity of the sustainable agro-ecological networks project Florestação is based on the idea of a collaborative brand. Graphical threads that look as if they had been stitched onto paper were used to express the ideas of a network and a dynamic interactive process, through which all people become co-creators of the brand. This also visualises the brand’s strategy to bring all institutions involved closer towards a shared goal. Particularly the small farmers’ communities in the state of Ceará in Brazil are to be inspired to more strongly engage in cooperative work.
