As an interpretation of a traditional rectangular farmstead, this booth was linked to the culinary trend of a return to traditional production methods and original authentic food. Amid conventionally styled booths, the stand opted for a distinct contrast by focusing on the topic and historical allusion of the tradition of manufacture. It showcased the elemental association of bread and wine, while the Gaggenau appliances were presented as tools in the culinary process.
