Technology has become a staple of life. We think nothing of our constant interaction with our electronic devices, but they put our hands through the unnatural stress of repetitive, yet limited motion. As our reliance on our devices grows, so does the risk of joint diseases or injuries in our hands.
The Hand Exercise is a step forward from traditional treatment options. With a simple turn of a knob, this device lets users can adjust the range of motion allowed. This adaptability helps to avoid the muscle atrophy and arthritis that can result from the prolonged immobilisation that treatment usually entails. Lightweight and compact, users can also use it to safely perform rehabilitative exercises on the go. Its finger caps also come in different sizes and models for full user customisation.
