Holystone is a leading electronic component provider in Taiwan, but it has been 10 years since the last participation in campus job fairs. With regard to the new HR department a corporate design relaunch was needed in order to raise the company’s profile and to stand out from competitors. In order to garner the attention of the young target group, a contemporary key visual was designed. The piling square elements visualise different products and values. Their implementation on posters, shirts, documents, booth decoration, pamphlets and gifts is all included to build up a strong corporate identity. Strikingly illustrated characters with big, widened eyes look out for potential members, just as if they were recruiting new talent.
