With the Instagram photo-sharing service, every user has access to a huge photo archive. If a search term corresponds to an event at a flight destination in Switzerland, the hashtag-based photostream is taken over. Flight offers from SWISS appear in the search result. This is the first genuine sales campaign on Instagram. And, of course, every flight can be booked immediately, without the user having to leave the Instagram app.
