The ISMAR is an international symposium on mixed and augmented reality hosted by the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland in 2011. Based on well-known design techniques from the early age of computers, the Swiss Cross was developed into a three-dimensional brick. It serves as the basic design element for illustrations and as a template for typography. The illustrations feature stylised Swiss tourist impressions, such as the Matterhorn mountain or the Edelweiss flower, creating an experimental visual language.
