By means of micro-pressure technology, the Z6B pressure steamer can raise the pressure inside to 550 kPa (5.5 bar) and the steam temperature to over 100 degrees Celsius. Consequently, the steam penetrates the food efficiently and assures that it remains fresh and tender. The corners of the aluminium handle are inclined and gently chamfered, to reduce collisions during normal use. The central part of the handle can be rotated 30 degrees to open and close the steam valve.
