Kettle Foods makes potato crisps with different tastes that stem from natural ingredients and contain no artificial flavours. The challenge in redesigning this range of sea salt crisps was to communicate the hint of seasoning added to it in a simple and natural way. Therefore, informal typography and gentle illustrations of the relevant ingredients were included on the front of the pack in an elegant country kitchen style, reflecting the handmade origin of the crisps. White, used as the background colour, stands for sea salt as the basic ingredient that the subtle hint of rosemary or basil is combined with.
