LIFE KNIGHT is designed to provide rescue services for medically underdeveloped areas when disaster strikes. As a new rescue system, LIFE KNIGHT combines aerial support and land rescue, which consists of rescue vehicles and hospitals. When an accident happens, the rescue team would set off from the nearest hospital. The rescue aircraft arrive in the disaster area first, ready to transport the first batch of relief supplies and transfer the seriously injured in the shortest time. LIFE KNIGHT has a streamlined design that allows the entire system to get to disaster areas quickly. Its body can be expanded—an inner crane structure extends outwards to create a makeshift hospital with 26 wards and an operating room fully equipped to meet the basic needs for treating mild to moderate injuries. While the makeshift hospital is working hard, the rescue aircraft flies between the disaster location and nearest hospitals to transfer the injured as well as medical supplies. LIFE KNIGHT bridges the disaster area, mobile ambulance centre, and nearby hospitals to form a complete rescue system.
