The Look Twice campaign sets out to explain how the Blind Spot Assist works. Since, technically, this concept is rather complex and hard to convey, the design focused on the core feature: this Assist enables users to look straight ahead and to the side at once. The design solution was to use an unseen optical illusion that forces passers-by to look twice. The person depicted seems to be gazing straight ahead and to the side at once. The result is a real eye-twister. This effect was realised in a simple way as it merely combines two shots – from the front and side respectively.
